It's barely an island as the bridge is actually a flyover that goes over it connecting the CBD to North Vancouver and you get onto the island by walking on solid ground under the bridge!
There's a market here on weekends and I just got some fab red grapes and I'm sitting on the pier looking at this view!
Actually I'll now go into a store that will sell me a coat and look at the picture with you - it's really cold this far north!!
